Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to shipping damage, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time as shown by the shipping carrier.
    After this period, any damage will be considered post-delivery or customer-induced, and will no longer qualify for return or exchange.
  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its original packaging, including visible signs of damage.
  • The item must be unused and remain in its original condition as received.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors attributable to us.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Custom or personalized items, unless defective upon arrival

How to Request a Return or Exchange


To submit a return or exchange request, please contact us at support@luxcig.com and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
If your item qualifies for an exchange, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost after the issue has been verified.

Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide step-by-step return instructions.
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or replacement without requiring the return of the original item.
