All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Please note: The confirmation indicates that we have begun production of your ceramic item, which is made to order. Production requires some time to ensure the highest quality. Once your item is completed, we will update your order with a tracking number—this marks the actual shipment.
You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order is on its way.

After this window, the order will be locked and production will begin, making changes or cancellations no longer possible.
